Billy Wong and Lydia Fletcher, Reading University
Billy and Lydia will talk about methods of engagement they have employed at Reading to build evaluation culture, such as resource hubs, a community of practice, meeting staff where they’re at in a supportive way. We will discuss our ‘distributed evaluation’ model whereby all members of staff feel a sense of ownership about evaluation, along with our Student Evaluation Officer scheme. We will also touch on more recent work to embed evaluation in Teaching and Learning more broadly.
