An insightful discussion on awarding gaps in higher education, hosted by the Student and Staff Race and Ethnic Equity (SsREE) working group. This event featured Abbi Bainton-James and Ife Grillo, University of Bristol who shared their work on addressing racial disparities in student outcomes at their university.

The presentation provided an overview of the current landscape at the University of Bristol and the institution’s approach to closing the awarding gap through its incoming Access and Participation Plan. The session also featured Student Inclusion Officer for Race & Ethnicity, Ife Grillo, who discussed the central role of co-creation in this work.
