As the range and scope of widening participation interventions become more complex the need for effective management systems becomes ever more urgent.
In this Evaluators’ Working Group session we heard examples of two data dashboards developed to support planning, management, monitoring, evaluation and APP reporting of access, success and progression interventions, from Ayesha Siddique, Queen Mary University of London, and Jasmin Burnage & Nicole Alowoesin, University of East London.
Ayesha is a Data Analyst at Queen Mary University of London, working within External Relations on evaluation and widening participation initiatives. With a background in astrophysics, Ayesha specialises in data analysis and insight generation to support evidence-based decision making. She has experience developing dashboards and communicating insights in clear, accessible language for a range of audiences. Ayesha is particularly interested in using data to measure impact, improve access, and inform meaningful change.
Jasmin is the Impact and Evaluation Manager at the University of East London. As part of the What Works Team, she leads the monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for the University’s access and participation plan.
As part of ‘what works team’, Nicola contributes to the collating, analysing and disseminating of monitoring data for the University of East London APP portfolio.
